北京市某区属三级医院住院医师规范化培训多维评价体系的构建与应用研究 被引量:5

Construction and application of multidimensional evaluation system for standardized residency training in a tertiary district hospital in Beijing

摘要 目的北京市某区属三级医院为提高住院医师规范化培训质量,以岗位胜任力及职业素养为主体,建立多维度的评价体系。方法通过第三方发放问卷调查的形式,从患者评价、同行评价、护士评价、上级评价和自我评价5个方面,对在院培训的住院医师进行评价。本文使用SPSS 24.0软件对多维评价测定量表进行信度和效度分析,对评价结果采用方差分析和Pearson相关分析。结果医院对住院医师岗位胜任力及职业素养的培养达到要求,总体水平较好;但部分住院医师的团队配合能力,特别是医护沟通能力仍需提升。结论本研究使住院医师更为注重日常工作岗位胜任力及职业素养行为的养成;为医院深入开展住院医师规范化培训工作提供例证依据,为培训模块的设计进行了初步探索。 Objective In order to improve the quality of standardized residency training in a tertiary hospital in Beijing,and to establish a multi-dimensional evaluation system based on post competency and professional accomplishment.Methods The residents trained in our hospital were evaluated by questionnaires sent by third parties from the five aspects of evaluation by patients,peers,nurses,superiors and themselves.In this paper,SPSS 24.0 software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the multidimensional evaluation scale.The evaluation results were analyzed by ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis.Results The hospital met the requirements for the post competency and professional accomplishment of the residents,and the overall level was good.However,the teamwork ability of some residents,especially the medical communication still needs to be improved.Conclusion This study has enabled residents to pay more attention to the development of daily post competencies and professional accomplishment behaviors.It has provided an example basis for the further development of standardized residency training in the hospital,and carried out preliminary exploration for the design of training modules.
