氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果及对患儿肺功能、免疫球蛋白水平的影响

Clinical effect of ambroxol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma and its influence on pulmonary function and immunoglobulin level in children

目的:探讨氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果及对患儿肺功能、免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予氨溴特罗治疗,观察组在氨溴特罗基础上联合孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FVC、FEV1及PEF等肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgE水平明显低于对照组,IgG、IgM水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果显著,能够有效改善患儿肺功能及免疫功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma and its influence on pulmonary function and immunoglobulin level in children.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,60 children with cough variant asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol.The observation group was treated with ambroxol combined with montelukast.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the level of IgE was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the levels of IgG and IgM were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of ambroxol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma is significant,it can effectively improve the lung function and immune function of children.
