社区应用沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果分析

Effect of salbutamol aerosol in the treatment of cough variant asthma in community

目的:分析社区应用沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的效果。方法:2018年8月-2019年12月收治CVA患者62例,根据治疗时间顺序分为两组。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特钠联合沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、1 s用力呼气容积占肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平均高于对照组,白介素-4(IL-4)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗CVA,可获得更加满意的治疗效果,对改善肺功能及免疫功能均有一定作用,且安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the effect of salbutamol aerosol in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)in community.Methods:From August 2018 to December 2019,62 patients with CVA were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment time sequence.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium.The observation group was given montelukast sodium combined with salbutamol aerosol.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),percentage of forced expiratory volume to vital capacity in 1 second(FEV1/FVC)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels were higher than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with salbutamol aerosol in the treatment of CVA can obtain more satisfactory therapeutic effect,it can improve lung function and immune function,and has good safety.
