丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑干梗死患者的疗效及对电生理的影响

Curative effect of butylphthalide injection in the treatment of acute brainstem infarction and its effect on electrophysiology

目的:探究丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑干梗死的临床疗效及对电生理的影响。方法:2019年7月-2020年7月收治急性脑干梗死患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组给予常规治疗;试验组给予常规治疗+丁苯酞注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组脑电、下肢体感诱发电及脑干听觉诱发电的异常率均低于对照组,治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后同型半胱氨酸及C-反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑干梗死,可起到积极作用,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of butyphthalide injection in the treatment of acute brainstem infarction and its effect on electrophysiology.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,74 cases of patients with acute brainstem infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The experimental group was given conventional treatment combined with butyphthalide injection.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The abnormal rate of electroencephalogram(EEG),lower extremity somatosensory evoked potential and brain-stem auditory evoked potential in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the cure rate was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of homocysteine and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butyphthalide injection can play a positive role in the treatment of acute brainstem infarction,its clinical applied value is high.
