糖尿病微血管并发症患者糖化血红蛋白及凝血功能的水平变化及临床意义分析

Changes and clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin and coagulation function in patients with diabetic microvascular complications

目的:分析糖尿病微血管并发症患者糖化血红蛋白及凝血功能的水平变化及意义。方法:2019年1-12月收治糖尿病患者100例,按照是否存在微血管并发症分为两组。观察组存在糖尿病微血管并发症;对照组无微血管并发症。比较两组患者血糖指标水平;比较观察组治疗前后凝血功能指标水平。结果:观察组患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及空腹血糖(FPG)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并微血管并发症患者糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖水平明显高于普通糖尿病患者;可将糖化血红蛋白水平及凝血功能四项指标水平变化作为糖尿病微血管病症的诊断和治疗指标。

Objective:To explore the changes and clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin and coagulation function in patients with diabetic microvascular complications.Methods:From January to December 2019,100 patients with diabetes were selected and divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of microvascular complications.The observation group had diabetic microvascular complications.There were no microvascular complications in the control group.We compared the level of blood glucose index between the two groups.We compared the coagulation function index level of the observation group before and after treatment.Results:In the observation group,the levels of HbA1c and FPG were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and fibrinogen(FIB)were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in diabetic patients with microvascular complications are significantly higher than those in normal diabetic patients.The changes of glycosylated hemoglobin level and coagulation function can be used as the diagnosis and treatment indicators of diabetic microvascular disease.
