慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭31例呼吸内科治疗的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of 31 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure treated by respiratory medicine

目的:研究呼吸内科治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月呼吸内科收治COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者31例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗方式,观察组采用无创呼吸治疗方式,比较两组患者血气指标水平、住院时间与各项生理指标水平。结果:观察组患者氢离子浓度指数(pH)及血氧分压(PaO_(2))水平均高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者呼吸频率(RR)及血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))水平均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的疗效确切,可有效改善患者血气指标水平,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To study the effect of respiratory medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respiratory failure.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,31 patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with noninvasive respiratory therapy.Blood qi index level,length of stay and pHysiological index level were compared between the two groups.Results:The hydrogen ion concentration index(pH)and blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the arterial blood carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))level was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The respiratory rate(RR)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive respiratory treatment of COPD with respiratory failure is effective,can effectively improve the level of blood qi indicators,shorten the length of hospital stay.
