口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙周炎对牙周指数及种植体存留的影响

Effect of dental implant restoration on periodontal index and implant retention in periodontal defect with periodontitis

目的:探讨口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙周炎对牙周指数及种植体存留的影响。方法:2016年11月-2018年11月收治行种植体修复的牙列缺损患者500例,根据是否伴牙周炎分为两组,各250例。研究组为伴牙周炎患者,对照组为牙周健康患者,比较两组各项指标水平。结果:两组植入后30 d牙周指数和边缘骨吸收量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。植入前后研究组龈沟液中IL-2及IL-8水平高于同时点对照组(P<0.05),两组IL-2和IL-8水平植入前后对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组植入后6个月以及1年种植体存留率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组2年和3年植体存留率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周炎牙列缺损患者实施口腔种植修复后,种植体存留率明显低于牙周健康的患者,牙周炎会对牙列缺损口腔种植修复患者的远期效果产生影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of oral implant repair and treatment of tooth column defects with periodontitis on periodontum index and implant retention.Methods:From November 2016 to November 2018,500 patients were treated for dental defects repaired by implants,divided into two groups,each with 250 cases,depending on whether periodontitis was accompanied.The study group was patients with periodontitis and the control group was periodont healthy patients.Compare the levels of the two sets of indicators.Results:Comparing the periodontum index and the absorption of the limb bone after implantation between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of IL-2 and IL-8 were higher than those in the same point control group(P<0.05)in the pre-and post-implantation study group,and the before-and-after comparison of 2 groups of IL-2 and IL-8 levels was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The retention rate of implants in 2 groups 6 months after implantation and 1 year was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the retention rate of implants in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After oral implant repair was implemented in patients with periodontitis dental defects,the retention rate of implants was significantly lower than that of patients with periodont health,and periodontitis had an effect on the long-term effect of dental defects in oral implant repair patients.
