补肾活血汤与康柏西普用于治疗渗出型年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)肝肾阴虚兼血瘀证的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction and conbercept in the treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration(AMD)with liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

目的:分析补肾活血汤与康柏西普治疗渗出型年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)肝肾阴虚兼血瘀证的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治渗出型AMD肝肾阴虚兼血瘀证患者51例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组接受康柏西普治疗,观察组接受补肾活血汤联合康柏西普治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤联合康柏西普治疗渗出型AMD肝肾阴虚兼血瘀证,能有效提升治疗效果,提高视力并降低CMT,改善患者的临床症状,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction and conbercept in the treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration(AMD)with liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,51 cases of exudative type AMD patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the treatment method.The control group received conbercept,while the observation group received Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with conbercept.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and macular fovea retinal thickness(CMT)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with compaccip in the treatment of exudative AMD syndrome of liver-kidney Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve vision,reduce CMT,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of application.
