无症状肝脏弥漫性病变1例报告

A report of asymptomatic diffuse hepatic lesions

超声、CT以及MR在肝脏弥漫性病变的诊断中起的作用越来越重要作用,仍有部分患者影像学上诊断为肝脏弥漫性病变,而临床及实验室检查未见明显异常。本文追踪报告超声下提示肝脏弥漫型病变、CT考虑为多发低密度灶,临床表现及实验室检查未见异常的1例病例。

With the more and more important role of ultrasound,CT and MR in the diagnosis of diffuse hepatic lesions,there are still some patients diagnosed with diffuse hepatic disease on imaging,but there is no obvious abnormality in clinical and laboratory examination.This paper reports 1 cases of diffuse hepatic lesions revealed by ultrasonography,multiple low-density lesions on CT and no abnormality in clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations.
