快速康复外科理念下的多模式镇痛管理及护理研究

Study on multi-mode analgesia management and nursing research under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery

目的:分析快速康复外科理念下多模式镇痛管理护理的效果。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月接受外科手术治疗的患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施一般护理,研究组在快速康复外科理念下采取多模式镇痛管理护理,比较两组术后并发症发生率、疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果:研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在快速康复外科理念下采取多模式镇痛管理护理接受外科手术的患者,有助于减少并发症发生率,减轻患者疼痛度,并提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of multi-mode analgesia management and nursing research under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,100 patients who received surgical treatment were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group received general nursing.The study group adopted multi-mode analgesia management nursing under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The incidence of postoperative complications,pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score after nursing in the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery,multi-mode analgesia management is adopted to care the patients undergoing surgery,it is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.
