甲状腺手术护理中个性化护理措施的应用分析

Application analysis of individualized nursing measures in thyroid surgery nursing

目的:分析甲状腺手术护理中个性化护理措施的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年4月实施甲状腺手术患者477例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理措施,试验组采用个性化护理措施,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组,术后疼痛评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺手术后采用个性化护理的效果更好,患者满意度更高,且并发症发生率更低,能够有效减轻患者疼痛程度,在临床上更适宜被推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing measures in thyroid surgery nursing.Methods:From January 2018 to April 2020,477 patients undergoing thyroid surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing measures.The experimental group was given individualized nursing measures.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the postoperative pain score and complication rate were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of individualized nursing measures in thyroid surgery nursing is better,patient satisfaction is higher,and the incidence of complications is lower,it can effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients.
