分析在新生儿PICC中应用预见性与精细化护理管理模式的效果

Analysis of the effect of applying predictive and refined nursing management model in PICC for newborns

目的:探究预见性与精细化护理对新生儿PICC置管的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月PICC置管患儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理措施,研究组实施预见性与精细化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组1次置管成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组非计划拔管率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组平均置管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组置管期间相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PICC导管直达靠近心脏的大静脉,不仅有效避免化疗药物直接接触患儿的手臂静脉,还可依靠大静脉的血流速度将药物迅速冲稀,防止血管受到刺激。为PICC置管新生儿实施预见性与精细化护理,提高1次置管成功率,并有效预防相关并发症。

Objective:To explore the effect of predictive and refined nursing on PICC catheterization in neonates.Methods:80 children with PICC catheterization from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.Control group to implement routine nursing measures;The research group implemented predictive and refined nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The success rate of one catheterization in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The unplanned extubation rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean catheterization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during catheterization in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:THE direct access of PICC catheter to the large vein close to the heart is not only effective to avoid the direct contact of chemotherapy drugs to the arm veins of children,but also can rely on the blood flow speed of the large vein to rapidly dilute the drugs,to prevent the stimulation of blood vessels.The predictability and refinement of nursing care for PICC catheterization newborns can improve the success rate of the first catheterization and effectively prevent related complications.
