观察辨证施护对腰椎间盘突出症经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切除术的护理价值

Observation on the nursing value of dialectical nursing on percutaneous lumbar discectomy for lumbar disc herniation

目的:探析辨证施护方法对行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切除术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月接受经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切除术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者300例,随机分为两组,各150例。试验组给予辨证施护方法,参照组给予传统护理方法,比较两组护理干预效果。结果:试验组患者护理干预8 d后病证疼痛评分及腰腿疼痛评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对护理干预的满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在实行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切除术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者中采取辨证施护方法,显示出较好的护理服务效果。

Objective:To explore the nursing value of dialectical nursing method in patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous lumbar discectomy.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,300 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous lumbar discectomy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 150 cases in each group.The experimental group was given dialectical nursing method.The reference group was given traditional nursing method.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:After 8 days of nursing intervention,the scores of symptom pain and lower back and leg pain of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients with nursing intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dialectical nursing method is used to show better nursing effect in patients with lumbar disc protrusion who were treated by percutaneous lumbar discectomy.
