中医护理技术在胸腰椎骨折患者治疗中的应用

Application of TCM Nursing Techniques in the Treatment of Patients with Thoracolumbar Fractures

目的:探讨中医护理技术在胸腰椎骨折患者治疗中的应用。方法:将60例2016年1月-2019年1月在我院骨科治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组实施中医护理措施,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和护理满意度。结果:胸腰椎骨折患者采用中医护理方案后,患者的临床治疗效果为96.67%,明显高于对照组患者,患者的护理满意度为100%,明显高于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医护理方案能够明显改善胸腰椎骨折患者的预后,提高护理满意度,是一种有效的护理措施,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective:To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:Sixty patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated in the orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were taken as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group received routine care and the study group received TCM.Nursing measures,compare the clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results:After the patients with thoracolumbar fractures were treated with TCM nursing program,the clinical treatment effect of the patients was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The patient's nursing satisfaction was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The data difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with thoracolumbar fractures and increase nursing satisfaction.It is an effective nursing measure and is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
