普通病区预防新型冠状病毒院内交叉感染的应急护理管理

Emergency nursing management for prevention of novel coronavirus nosocomial cross-infection in general ward

目的:探究普通病区预防新型冠状病毒院内交叉感染的应急护理管理方法及效果。方法:2020年1-4月普通病区收治住院患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理管理,研究组采用应急护理管理,比较两组患者新型冠状病毒感染防控知识掌握评分及新型冠状病毒院内交叉感染发生率。结果:研究组护理后患者对新型冠状病毒感染防控知识的掌握评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组新型冠状病毒院内交叉感染发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对普通病区患者施行应急护理管理,不仅能提高患者对新型冠状病毒防控知识的掌握度,还能有效预防新型冠状病毒院内交叉感染的发生。

Objective:To explore the emergency nursing management method and effect of preventing novel coronavirus nosocomial cross-infection in general ward.Methods:From January to April 2020,60 cases of inpatients in general ward were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing management.The study group adopted emergency nursing management.Knowledge mastery score of infection prevention and control of novel coronavirus and incidence of nosocomial cross-infection of novel coronavirus of patients between two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,knowledge mastery score of infection prevention and control of novel coronavirus of study group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial cross-infection of novel coronavirus in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency nursing management for general ward can not only improve patients'knowledge mastery of infection prevention and control of novel coronavirus,but also effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial cross-infection of novel coronavirus.
