摘要
目的:探究分层次规范化护理岗位技能培训在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法:以2019年7~12月实施常规护理岗位技能受训的护理人员50例,作为对照组;以2020年1~6月实施分层次规范化护理岗位技能培训的受训护理人员50例,作为观察组。比较两组护理人员护理操作技能考核结果及满意度。结果:观察组护理操作技能评分、护理操作技能达标率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对培训工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层次规范化护理岗位技能培训应用于临床护理工作中,可提升护理团队技能水平,并提升护理人员对培训工作的满意程度。
Objective:To discuss the applied effect of hierarchical standardized nursing post skill training in clinical nursing work.Methods:From July to December 2019,50 nursing staffs who received conventional nursing post skill training were selected as control group.From January to June 2020,50 nursing staffs who trained with hierarchical standardized nursing post skill training were selected as observation group.The assessment results and satisfaction of nursing operation skills of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nursing operation skill and the rate of reaching the standard of nursing operation skill in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction to the training work in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hierarchical standardized nursing post skill training in clinical nursing work can improve the skill level of nursing team and enhance the satisfaction of nursing staffs to the training work.
