摘要
目的:探究团体教育合并正念认知训练对康复期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治康复期精神分裂症患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。参照组采用常规心理治疗,研究组实施团体教育合并正念认知训练,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后精神症状评分、心理状态评分及治疗满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用团体教育合并正念认知训练康复期精神分裂症患者的效果显著,可在临床广泛应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of group education combined with mindfulness cognitive training on schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,120 cases of patients with convalescent schizophrenia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The reference group used conventional psychotherapy.The study group carried out group education combined with mindfulness cognitive training.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of mental symptoms,mental state and treatment satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of group education combined with mindfulness cognitive training in patients with convalescent schizophrenia is remarkable,it can be widely used in clinical practice.
