公立医院改革发展挑战与应对策略分析

Analysis of the challenges and coping strategy of reform and development of public hospitals

目的:随着我国经济发展速度的不断提高,加之人们生活水平和健康意识的提升,医疗改革成为社会所关注的重点问题。公立医院是医疗改革重点关注的对象,是和谐社会发展中承担医疗责任的关键角色,医院应当认识到自身存在的问题,按照国家规定的要求响应改革号召,不断完善自身的管理体系,在提高医疗质量的基础之上,提升医院的运转效率,应对好发展挑战。本文针对公立医院在改革过程中所接受到的挑战进行分析,并探讨了相应的解决措施,力求可以促进公立医院的健康发展,为公立医院改革提供意见或建议。

With the continuous improvement of China's economic development speed,coupled with the improvement of people's living standards and health awareness,medical reform has become a key issue concerned by the society.Public hospitals are the focus of medical reform and the key role of medical responsibility in the development of a harmonious society,hospitals should recognize their own problems and respond to the call for reform in accordance with the requirements of the state,continuously improve own management system,improve the operating efficiency of the hospital on the basis of improving the quality of medical care and respond well to development challenges.This paper analyzes the challenges of public hospitals in the process of reform and discusses the corresponding measures to promote the healthy development of public hospitals and provide suggestions for the reform of public hospitals.
