电动鼓风机冷油器检修专用工具研制

Development on Special Tools for Electric Blower Oil Cooler Maintenance

针对电动鼓风机冷油器检修作业中打压测试工作量大、吊装复杂的问题,对设备进行了分析和测量,设计并制作出了冷油器专用打压工具,为冷油器检修工作提供了方便条件,提高了工作效率。

The equipment is analyzed and measured aiming at the problems existing in the maintenance operation of the oil cooler of the electric blower,such as heavy workload of pressure test and complex hoisting.A special pressure tool for the oil cooler is designed and fabricated.It can provide convenient conditions for the oil cooler maintenance and improve the working efficiency.
