摘要
研发设计了一套能满足教学、实验用的虚拟仿真实验系统。用户可以在该虚拟仿真系统交互式完成针刺机机械结构拆装及针刺工艺实验,可以作为《机械设计》《互换性与测量技术基础》《机械制造技术》等课程直观展示的教学案例,也可做为教师、研究生及本科生的科研平台,在人机交互下有效开展针刺机工艺参数设定、非织造材料产品实现工艺研究等。
A set of virtual simulation experiment system that can satisfy teaching and experiment is developed and designed.Users can interactively complete the mechanical structure disassembly and needle process experiments of the needle machine in this virtual simulation system,which can be used as a visual demonstration of courses such as"Mechanical Design","Interchangeability and Measurement Technology Fundamentals","Machinery Manufacturing Technology",etc.The teaching case can also be used as a scientific research platform for teachers,graduate students and undergraduates.Under the human-computer interaction,it can effectively carry out the process parameter setting of needle machine and the realization process research of non-woven material products.
