海洋深水7000 m快速拆装钻机模块设计及应用

Module Design and Application of the Quick Assembly&Disassembly 7000 m Drilling Rig for Deep-water Engineering

为了减轻深水海洋平台承受的设备质量、节约空间、降低平台造价、节约海上拆装费用和时间,设计了7000 m快速拆装钻机模块,该钻机模块由19个吊装单元组成,适应于支柱稳定式生产平台。海上运输时各模块封固在支持平台上;钻井时19个模块通过支持平台上的吊机可完全实现在目标钻井平台上进行快速组装,并进行钻井作业。在建造码头完全模拟油田工况的试验中,各模块拆分组装方便,可靠性高,达到模块钻机在支持平台封固,在钻井平台快速拆装的要求。

To lighten the equipment weight,save space,cut down cost and reduce assembly&disassembly time and expense in the ocean for a deepwater platform,this paper designs a new quick assembly&disassembly drilling rig module.This rig is composed of 19 available hoisting modules.It can be adapted to various host platforms,such as fixed jackets,SPARs and TLPs.Modules are fastened in the tender support vessel or TSV during transportation in the ocean and are lifted to the objective platform by crane in the TSV to quickly assemble in sequence before initiating some drilling operation.TSV supplies power,drilling mud,seawater,freshwater and compacted air to drilling module through some umbilical cables and pipes,which can be quickly disassembled to disengage from drilling module in dangerous condition.In the shipyard dock,the test in simulating oilfield working condition indicates that modules are quickly assembled&disassembled successfully by TSV crane within 19 times.The test result that it’s convenient and reliable to assemble and disassemble complies with the requirements of fastening in TSV and quickly assembling&disassembling in drilling module.
