摘要
通过对某和谐型电力机车二系悬挂结构建模分析,提出了一种更加合理的二系圆簧局部调整方法。重点分析了二系圆簧对角线平分加垫的优越性,为机车实际调簧工作提供了新思路。在Simpack中建立了仿真模型,验证了理论分析的正确性。
This paper proposes a more reasonable regional adjustment method of secondary spring by modeling and analyzing the secondary suspension structure of a harmonious electric locomotive.The advantages of diagonal bisecting shimming of second-series spring are analyzed.A new idea for the practical spring adjustment of locomotive is provided.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through a simulation model built in Simpack.
