摘要
风力发电机叶片结冰是寒冷潮湿地区机组经常出现的问题。风力发电机叶片结冰会导致风力发电机输出功率降低、叶片性能改变和机组机械故障,严重时会使风力发电机叶片折断,甚至停机。为了解决叶片结冰给机组正常运行带来的影响,国内外从叶片结冰的特点、过程、危害等方面,研究出多种叶片结冰检测方法和除冰技术,确保风力发电机在冬季环境下可以正常稳定运行。了解掌握这一领域的研究现状,展望其发展趋势是十分有益的。
The icing of wind turbine blades is a general problem in cold and humid areas.The icing of wind turbine blades will reduce the output power of the wind turbine,change the performance of the blades,and lead to mechanical failure of the wind turbine.In severe cases,the wind turbine blades may be broken or even shut down.In order to eliminate the impact of blade icing on the normal operation of the unit,a variety of domestic and international blade icing detection methods and deicing technologies have been developed from the aspects of the icing condition of the fan blades including the characteristics,processes,hazards,etc.It can ensure that the wind turbine can operate normally and stably in the winter environment.It is very useful to understand and master the current research situation and development trend in this field.
