公共治理视角下德育课程一体化的理论构建 被引量:1

摘要 德育课程一体化建设是国家教育治理体系现代化的重要组成部分,它在落实立德树人根本任务、凸显国家事权功能等方面发挥着重要作用。德育课程一体化建设需要在国家宏观管理和统筹指导下激发公共治理的活力,不断促进多元主体的合作共治,实现课程要素、课程类型以及课程设计思路等核心维度的整体建设。德育课程一体化建设的实现,应以落实立德树人为根本目标,以构建一体化与多元共治的课程制度体系为保障,以建设高水平专业化的教师队伍为核心动力,以促进多元主体的协同育人为主要途径,全面提高德育课程的育人功效。 The integrated construction of moral education curriculum is an important part of the modernization of national education governance system.It plays an important role in the implementation of the basic tasks of fostering virtue through education and highlighting the functions of state power.The integrated construction of moral education curriculum needs to stimulate the vitality of public governance under the guidance of national macro management and overall planning,constantly promote the cooperation and co-governance of multiple subjects,and realize the overall construction of core dimensions such as curriculum elements,curriculum types and curriculum design ideas.In order to realize the moral education curriculum integration,we should treat fostering virtue through education as the ultimate goal,building the integrated curriculum system with multiple governance as guarantee measure,constructing high level teams of professional teachers as the core power,and promoting the cooperative education of multiple subjects as the main way to improve the teaching effect of moral education curriculum.
