月子餐多中央厨房多车带时间窗配送路径研究

Research on the Distribution Paths of Multi-central Kitchens and Multi-vehicles With Time Windows Limitation for Maternity Meals

随着物质经济的富裕,现代餐食技术的进步,越来越多月子连锁品牌透过中央厨房融合传统与现代在饮食上的变化,提供标准化与科学化的坐月餐食。文中在建立数学模型的基础上,构建遗传算法求解于月子连锁品牌多中央厨房多车辆下,带时间窗配送餐点以及回收餐具满足会所门店及居家点餐需求的复杂VRP问题。通过MATLAB2018a编程求解区域范围三中央厨房各配属5辆车服务60个需求端不同餐食供应和餐具回收规模带有时间窗约束的算例,结果得出利用遗传算法求解该算例问题速度快,能不断跳出局部最优,并逐渐收敛到全局最优方案,为辅助决策提供了方法工具。

With the prosperity of material economy and the progress of modern food technology,more and more maternity chain brands provide standardized and scientific meals by integrating the traditional and modern changes in diet through the central kitchen.On the basis of the mathematical model,the genetic algorithm is constructed to solve the complex vehicle routing problem of meeting the needs of club&stores and home meals ordering,with multi-central kitchens,multi-vehicles and time window.This paper through matlab2018a programming to solve the three central kitchens with five vehicles serving 60 demand ends of different meals supply and tableware recycling scale with time window constraints,the results show that the genetic algorithm can solve the problem quickly,can constantly jump out of the local optimum,and gradually converge to the global optimum scheme,which provides a method tool for auxiliary decision-making.
