摘要
港口作为水陆交通的集结点和运输枢纽,其生产运输效率能直接反映出一个区域的物流水平和社会经济发展水平。文中采用三阶段DEA模型,对我国2017年沿海十大港口物流效率进行实例研究。通过研究发现,我国沿海港口总体物流效率较高,各港口呈明显的层次分布,规模效率是综合效率的核心影响因素。文中结合地区生产总值和进出口总额作为环境影响因素,证实了经济环境与港口物流发展存在的相互协同关系,最后,分析各港口管理无效率项、规模与港口物流效率间的相互影响,为各沿海港口物流的高速优质发展提出可行性建议。
As the assembly point and transportation hub of land and water transportation,the production and transportation efficiency of port can directly reflect the level of logistics and social and economic development in a region.Based on the three-stage DEA model,this paper studies the logistics efficiency of ten coastal ports in 2017.The results show that:The overall logistics efficiency of coastal ports in China is high,and the scale efficiency is the core factor of comprehensive efficiency.Combined with regional GDP and total import and export as environmental factors,the relationship between economic environment and port logistics development is confirmed.
