应激场景下驾驶员情境意识理论及测量方法分析

摘要 轨道交通驾驶员作为运营体系中的重要一环,是保障轨道交通安全运营的关键。文中结合城市轨道交通驾驶员的岗位业务内容以及轨道交通的交通特点,系统阐述了轨道交通驾驶员常见应激场景、驾驶员应激理论和情境意识理论并对其测量方法进行了比较分析。最后,论述了应激场景下驾驶员的情境意识水平对驾驶员安全绩效的影响并为驾驶员人员的选拔、培训和保障运营安全提供了相关理论基础支撑。 As an important part of the operation system,rail transit drivers are the key to ensure the operation security of rail transit.Combined with the post business content of urban rail transit drivers and the traffic characteristics of rail transit,this paper systematically expounds the common stress scenarios,driver stress theory and situational awareness theory of rail transit drivers,and makes a comparative analysis of their measurement methods.Finally,the paper discusses the influence of situational awareness level on driver safety performance under stress situations and provides relevant theoretical basis for driver selection,training and operation safety guarantee.
