摘要
当前,随着现代物流的快速发展,贯穿了高等职业教育人才培养全过程的“三教”出现了“双师型”教师短缺,教材缺少职业特色,陈旧单一,教法流于形式的问题。高职物流专业的发展与社会物流出现了脱轨,物流人才培养陷入了困境,在产教融合背景下,“三教”改革已是当下之需,有着重要意义,“三教”改革可以提高物流专业人才培养质量,助力学生就业,促进物流教师专业成长,培养“双师素质”物流教师,推进物流专业建设,助推院校高质量发展,激发企业参与职业教育,提升物流经济高质量发展。基于产教融合背景下五年制高职物流专业“三教”改革实施路径有:校企政助教师“动”起来,校企助教材“活”起来,教师助教法“用”起来。
At present,with the rapid development of modern logistics,which through the whole process of higher vocational education talent training,“three education”appears some problems such as“double teacher”shortage,teaching materials lack of professional characteristics,obsolete single and teaching methods become formalized.Higher vocational logistics professional logistics development and society appeared the derailment,logistics personnel training is in trouble,under the background of production-education integration,“three education”reform is the present needed,has important significance,“three education”reform can improve the quality of logistics professional talent training,help students to obtain employment,promoting teachers professional development,develop“double teacher quality”logistics teachers,pushing forward the construction of the logistics professional,help colleges and universities high quality development,stimulate the enterprises to participate in vocational education and improve the logistics quality and economic development.Based on the background of the integration of industry and education,the implementation path of the“three education”reform of the five-year higher vocational logistics specialty is as follows:school-enterprise and government aided teachers“move”,school-enterprise aided teaching materials“live”and teachers teaching assistant method“use”.
