基于能力需求调研的物流工程专业课程体系改革研究

Research on the Reform of Logistics Engineering Course System Based on Ability Demand Investigation

课程体系改革是目前高校制定培养方案中的重点与难点,建立符合社会与市场能力需求的人才培养课程体系是高校改革的根本和目标。文中以大连东软信息学院物流工程专业为例,阐明了其基于能力需求调研的课程体系改革过程,研究结果能够为我国其他高校物流工程专业建设提供一定的借鉴意义。

Course system reform is the key and difficult point in the current colleges and universities formulating training programs.Establishing a talent training course system that meets the needs of society and market ability is the foundation and goal of college reform.This article takes the logistics engineering major of Dalian Neusoft University of Information as an example to clarify the course system establishment process based on ability demand research,and the results provide a certain reference for the construction of logistics engineering specialty in other universities in China.
