物流与供应链金融职位特征和人才需求研究——基于三大招聘网站招聘信息的分析

Research on Financial Position Characteristics and Talent Demand of Logistics and Supply Chain——Analysis of Recruitment Information Based on Three Recruitment Websites

随着物流与供应链金融领域的迅速发展,我国物流业与金融业已成为人们共同关注的新兴领域,有着广阔的发展空间。文中根据目前三大互联网招聘网站上关于物流与供应链金融人才的招聘信息,采用文本处理和统计分析方法对其内容进行研究分析。通过组织和职位两个维度研究发现,物流与供应链金融有着人才需求市场比较集中、任职基本条件要求各有特点、职业素养要求基本相同、不同类型的岗位人才类型专业技能要求不同等特征,然后从专业开设、人才培养模式、实践能力培养和职业素质提升等方面对高校培养物流与供应链金融人才提出了针对性的建议。

With the rapid development of logistics and supply chain finance territory,for logistics industry and financial industry,in China it have become a new area of common concern,which has a broad space for development.Based on the recruitment information of logistics and supply chain finance talents on three major internet recruitment websites,this paper uses text processing and statistical analysis methods to study and analyze their contents.Through the study of organization and position,it is found that logistics and supply chain finance has some characteristics such as talents demand market is relatively centralized,the basic conditions for their posts have their own characteristics,the requirements of professional accomplishment are basically the same,and different types of post talents require different professional skills and so on.Then this paper puts forward some targeted recommendations on training logistics and supply chain finance talents from these aspects:major establishment,personnel training mode,practical ability training and professional quality improvement.
