2016—2020年四川省内江市兽医系统实验室检测能力比对 被引量:5

Comparative Analysis on the Detection Capability of Veterinary System Laboratories in Neijiang City of Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2020

摘要 为提升四川省内江市各兽医实验室检测能力和水平,确保兽医实验室检测结果的科学性、准确性和一致性,2016—2020年内江市动物疫病预防控制中心连续组织开展了全市兽医系统实验室检测能力比对工作。比对项目涵盖高致病性禽流感、口蹄疫、高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征和猪瘟抗体检测以及非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测。结果显示,各年度实验室比对结果平均准确率分别为100%、94.7%、100%、85.3%、96.7%;荧光聚合酶链式反应、酶联免疫吸附试验、血凝及血凝抑制试验3个检测项目比对准确率分别为100%、96.6%、91.5%。结果表明,内江市兽医系统实验室总体检测水平较高,但稳定性欠佳,实验室能力建设有待进一步加强。 In order to improve the detection capability and level of veterinary laboratories in Neijiang City of Sichuan Province,and to ensure the scientificity,accuracy and consistency of the test results,the capability of veterinary laboratories was continuously compared by Neijiang Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control from 2016 to 2020,involving the detection of antibodies against highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI),foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and classical swine fever(CSF)as well as nucleic acids of African swine fever virus(ASFV).The results showed that the average accuracy rates of the laboratories were 100%,94.7%,100%,85.3%and 96.7%,respectively in each year;and the accuracy rates of fluorescent polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition(HA-HI)were 100%,96.6%and 91.5%respectively.As a conclusion,the construction of the laboratories should be further strengthened due to poor stability of their detection level although it was generally good.
