结构式团体沙盘技术作为一种有效的团体辅导方式可以运用于各类突发事件后的创伤治疗,尤其是应激晤谈中,是一种非常有效的团体辅导方式。从结构式团体沙盘技术和突发事件应激晤谈的基本概念入手,分析了两者结合运用的意义和操作流程,并结合疫情期间疫情心理援助志愿服务工作的实际应用案例,进一步研究了结构式团体沙盘技术在突发事件应激晤谈中的应用,为心理咨询师进行灾难心理援助和对高校学生进行群体突发事件心理辅导等工作提供了参考。

As an effective way of group counseling,structured group sand table technology can be used in the treatment of trauma after various emergencies,especially in the interview.It is a very effective way of group counseling.Starting with the basic concepts of structured group sand table technology and emergency interview,this paper analyzes the use of the combination of significance and operation process,and combines the practical application cases of voluntary service of psychological assistance during the epidemic situation.The application of structured group sand table technology in emergency stress interview is further studied,which provides a reference for psychological counselors to carry out disaster psychological assistance and group emergency psychological counseling for college students.
