摘要
吉林石化公司苯酚车间桂化异丙苯单元全部使用再生的B型沸石分子筛催化剂,采用分子筛催化剂生产异丙苯的工艺流程,对催化剂长期运行的影响的水分和三异丙苯等因素进行分析和优化,取得了可观的经济效益。
Hydrocarbonated cumene units in the phenol workshop of the dyestuff factory of Jilin Petrochemical Company of China use regenerated B zeolite molecular sieve catalysts.The process flow of cumene production with molecular sieve catalyst is introduced.The moisture and triisopropylbenzene factors affecting the long-term operation of the catalyst were analyzed and optimized,and considerable economic benefits were obtained.
