Some problems occurred during the operation of the TQZ-140 by-product steam hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace,such as burner cracking,accumulation of impurities at the bottom of the synthesis furnace,sight glass scaling,and corrosion of the hydrogen elbow at the bottom of the furnace.These problems were analyzed.The treatment measures and production precautions were put forward.
