摘要
研究了氯化钠盐水温度、盐水中固含量和陶瓷膜孔径对陶瓷膜过滤器过滤性能的影响,结果显示:盐水中含固质量分数在2%~22%变化时,陶瓷膜通量无明显变化;盐水温度升高,膜通量增大,但对颗粒物截留效果无明显影响;10nm孔径的陶瓷膜通量较40、50nm孔径的陶瓷膜通量小,陶瓷膜对颗粒物A(粒径5~40μm)和B(粒径0.3~4μum)的截留效果与膜孔径有较大关系。
The effects of sodium chloride brine temperature,solid content in brine and pore size of ceramic membrane on the filtration performance of ceramic membrane filter were studied.The results showed that there was no obvious change in the flux of ceramic membrane when the mass fraction of solid in brine was between 2%and 22%.With the increase in brine temperature,the membrane flux increased,but the temperature increase had no obvious effect on the particle retention effct.The flux of ceramic membrane with pore size of 10 nm was smaller than that of ceramic membrane with pore size of 40 and 50 nm.The effect of ceramic membranes retaining particles A(particle size 5-40μm)and B(particle size 0.3-4μm)was closely related to the membrane pore size.
