急性闭角型青光眼手术患者遵医行为的影响因素分析及护理对策

Analysis of influencing factors of compliance behavior of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery and its nursing countermeasures

目的探讨急性闭角型青光眼手术患者遵医行为及其影响因素,并提出有效护理对策。方法采用便利抽样法选取2018年1月—2019年12月医院收治住院的急性闭角性青光眼手术患者178例作为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式调查患者遵医行为及其相关影响因素。结果178例患者中完全遵医嘱患者71例,占39.9%;不完全遵医嘱患者107例,占60.1%。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,受教育程度低、对疾病认识不足、治疗期间不良情绪及合并其他慢性病是影响急性闭角型青光眼手术患者遵医嘱行为的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论受教育程度低、对疾病认识不足、治疗期间不良情绪及合并其他慢性病是影响急性闭角型青光眼患者遵医嘱行为的独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the compliance behavior of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery and its influencing factors,and propose eff ective nursing strategies.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 178 cases of hospitalized patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery in hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects.The patient's compliance behavior and related influencing factors were investigated through questionnaire survey.Results Among the 178 cases of patients,71 cases of patients fully followed the doctor's advice,accounting for 39.9%;107 cases of patients were not fully following the doctor's advice,accounting for 60.1%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the low level of education,insuffi cient knowledge of the disease,bad mood during treatment,and other chronic diseases were the independent risk factors that aff ected the compliance behavior of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The low level of education,insuffi cient knowledge of the disease,bad mood during treatment,and other chronic diseases were the independent risk factors that affected the compliance behavior of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery.
