摘要
目的探讨基于微视频与回授法的健康教育模式在周围性面瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月医院收治的76例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,采用性别、年龄具有可比性的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例,对照组采用常规的单向健康教育干预,观察组采用基于微视频与回授法的健康教育模式。比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况、住院时间、疾病知识掌握度及护理满意度。结果观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者平均住院时间短于对照组,对疾病认知、用药知识、眼部及面部护理与训练、饮食指导、出院后护理知识评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对周围性面瘫患者治疗期间采用基于微视频与回授法的健康教育模式,可提高其面瘫知识掌握度及治疗效果,减少并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提升护理满意度,促进医患关系。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education model based on micro-video and feedback method in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods To select 76 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by means of that the gender and age have comparable methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional one-way health education intervention,and the observation group adopted a health education model based on micro-video and feedback methods to compare the treatment effect,complications,hospitalization time,mastery of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The treatment effi ciency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The average hospital stay of patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and their knowledge of disease,medication knowledge,eye and facial care and training,diet guidance,post-discharge nursing knowledge score and nursing satisfaction were all higher than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the health education model based on micro-video and feedback methods for patients with peripheral facial paralysis during treatment can improve their knowledge of facial paralysis and the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospitalization,increase nursing satisfaction,and promote doctors and patients relationship.
