新中国成立以来中国—东盟高等教育合作的回顾与展望 被引量:8

摘要 新中国成立以来,中国和东盟双边关系得以建立和发展。2013年,“中国—东盟命运共同体”的提出极大地推动了中国—东盟区域高等教育一体化进程。当前,中国和东盟高等教育合作总体上稳步前进。中国—东盟高等教育合作经历了1991年之前意向合作、1991—2007年平稳推进、2008年至今迅速发展三个阶段,中国将互利共赢理念贯穿始终。顺应“一带一路”倡议,中国—东盟高等教育合作既要对接外方计划精准培养,打造高质量对外开放教育体系;又要发挥奖学金的杠杆作用,调节留学生领域和层次。 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the bilateral relations between China and ASEAN have developed in a non-linear way.In 2013,the proposal of“China-ASEAN community with a shared future”has greatly promoted the integration of China-ASEAN regional higher education.At present,higher education cooperation between China and ASEAN has made steady progress.China-ASEAN cooperation in higher education has experienced three stages:intended cooperation before 1991,steady progress from 1991 to 2007,and rapid development since 2008.China has always repeated the concept of mutual benefit and win-win.Keeping with the Belt and Road Initiative,China-ASEAN higher education cooperation should not only accurately train talents according to foreign strategic plan,build high quality education,but also play the leveraging role of scholarship and adjust the major and level of foreign students.
