陕南特色产业发展问题及路径研究

Research on the problems and paths of the development of characteristic industries in southern Shaanxi

为更好地发展陕南特色产业,带动陕南地区经济的发展,帮助农户增收致富,通过对陕南特色产业农户入户发放问卷和访谈形式进行实地调研,分析陕南特色产业发展现状及发展过程中存在产业发展缺乏资金支持、土地分散经营制约集约化生产、劳动力素质低不能支撑产业发展、品牌优势不明显等问题,以此提出了落实政策扶持、加大金融支持、加快土地流转进度、提升乡村劳动力素质、加强人才建设、打造特色产业知名品牌等发展路径。

In order to better develop the characteristic industries in southern Shaanxi,to promote the economic development of south⁃ern Shaanxi,and to help farmers increase their incomes,conduct field surveys and analyze the development status of characteristic in⁃dustries in southern Shaanxi by issuing questionnaires and interviews to farmers in southern Shaanxi.And in the development process,there are problems such as lack of financial support for industrial development,decentralized land management restricts intensive pro⁃duction,low labor quality cannot support industrial development,and unobvious brand advantages.Based on this,it is proposed to im⁃plement policy support,increase financial support,and accelerate the progress of land transfer,improve the quality of rural labor force,strengthen talent construction,and create well-known brands in characteristic industries.
