辽宁省农业产业剩余劳动力转移研究

Study on the transfer of surplus labor force in agricultural industry of Liaoning province

对辽宁省农业产业结构调整背景下的剩余劳动力转移状况进行具体分析,阐释了产业结构和农业产业剩余劳动力的均衡性,并对辽宁省具体行业吸纳就业能力进行研究。结果表明,农业产业剩余劳动力正在向第二产业和第三产业转移,第三产业能够较大程度带动农业产业剩余劳动力就业。同时,提出相应对策,包括大力发展第三产业、加强农村地区城镇化建设以及加强农业产业技能的培训等,以帮助农业产业剩余劳动力转移就业,有利于针对性地对农业产业剩余劳动力提出帮扶措施,以帮助其更好地实现就业。

With the adjustment of industrial structure,the surplus labor force of agricultural industry in Liaoning province was gradu⁃ally transferred to the second industry and the third industry.The transfer of surplus labor force in the context of the adjustment of agri⁃cultural industrial structure in Liaoning province was analyzed,the balance of industrial structure and surplus labor force in agricultur⁃al industry,and further studies the employment capacity of specific industries in Liaoning province were explained.The results showed that the surplus labor force in agricultural industry is transferring to the secondary industry and the tertiary industry,compared with the second industry and the third industry,the surplus labor force in agricultural industry was transferring to the second industry and the third industry To a large extent,the three industries can promote the employment of surplus labor in the agricultural industry.Ac⁃cording to the research and analysis,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,including vigorously developing the tertiary industry,strengthening the construction of urbanization in rural areas and strengthening the training of agricultural industry skills.The research on the transfer of surplus labor was conducive to the targeted measures to help the surplus labor in the agricultural industry,so as to help them better employment.
