在用数控机床铣削较细小、较薄、难于定位装夹的零件时,工件的装夹、找正都将非常困难,加工效率和精度难以达到要求,操作者的劳动强度大,而且加工出来的零件的一致性差。因此,为其设计专用夹具,以提高生产率和加工精度以及减少操作者的劳动强度。该夹具结构简单,制造容易,安装操作方便,加工精度和加工的效率高。经生产实践使用后证明,该夹具除了能很好的保证加工精度、提高生产效率,还能起到降低操作者的劳动强度,改善工作环境等效果。

In the use of CNC machine tool mlling finer,thinner,difieult to locate the clamping parts,the workpiece clamping.alignment will be very dfficul,processing fficiency and precision are difficult to meet the requirements,the operator's labor intensity,and the processing of theparts of the poor consistency,and so on.Therefore,for its speial fisture design,in order to improve productivily and machining accuracy and reduce the operator's labor intensity.The fixture has the advantages of simple strueture,easy manufacture,convenient installation and operation,high machining preeision and fficieney.Afher being used in production practice,it is proved that the fixture can not only ensure the machining precision and improve the production fficieney,but also reduce the labor intensity of the operator and improve the working environment and so on and has achieved good resuls.
