摘要
本实验探究了蛋白酶对废弃皮革的降解过程,以三种常见蛋白酶(胰蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶)对三种不同皮革(铬鞣革、无铬鞣革、膦鞣革)进行降解处理,通过对降解性能的研究表明,碱性蛋白酶对三种皮革的降解性比较好,当碱性蛋白酶浓度15 g/L,反应时间6 h条件下,皮革降解效果较好。
This experiment explored the degradation process of waste leather by protease.Three common proteases(trypsin,papain and alkaline protease)were used to degrade three different kinds of leather(chrome tanned leather,chrome-free tanned leather and phosphine tanned leather),the degradation performance of the three kinds of leather was better by alkaline protease,and the degradation effect was better when the concentration of alkaline protease was 15g/L and the reaction time was 6h.
