改性氧化钙催化制备生物柴油研究

摘要 以苄基溴为改性剂,采用化学键合法对氧化钙进行改性,研究了改性氧化钙催化制备生物柴油性能。通过单因素实验法考察改性剂浓度、改性时间、催化剂用量、醇油摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对催化制备生物柴油的影响。结果表明:改性剂浓度0.5%、改性时间4 h、催化剂用量5%(wt)、醇油摩尔比15∶1、反应时间4 h、反应温度65℃下,甘油的产率可以达到95.45%。与在相同条件下未改性氧化钙催化性能相比,甘油产率提高19.05%。 Using benzyl bromide as modifier,calcium oxide was modified by chemical bonding method.Then the catalytic performance for biodiesel production has been investigated.The conditions for the preparation of biodiesel catalyzed by modified calcium oxide were investigated by single factor experiment.The effects of the concentration of the modifier,the modification time,the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of alcohol to oil,the reaction time and the reaction temperature were determined.The results showed that the concentration of modifier was 0.5%,the modification time was 4h,the amount of catalyst was 5% of rapeseed oil,the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 15∶1,the reaction time was 4h,and the reaction temperature was 65℃.The yield of the glycerol reached 95.45%.The yield of glycerol was increased by 19.05% compared with the unmodified calcium oxide catalyst under the same conditions.
