高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用法测定地龙蛋白粉保健品中砷形态 被引量:2

摘要 利用高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用技术,建立地龙蛋白粉中形态砷的分析方法,分别将仪器参数进行优化,对载流、还原剂和流动相的浓度、光电倍增管负高压等几个因素进行实验确定。该方法四种形态砷可同时测定,准确性高,所建立方法可用于检测与评价地龙蛋白粉中砷的含量,为地龙蛋白粉的使用安全评价提供了更加可靠的科学依据。 The objective of this paper is to establish a method for the determination of arsenic in earthworm protein powder by HPLC-AFS.The instrument parameters were optimized respectively,several factors such as current carrying,concentration of reducing agent and mobile phase,negative high pressure of photomultiplier tube were determined by experiments.The results showed this method allows simultaneous determination of four forms of arsenic with high accuracy,The established method can be used to detect and evaluate the arsenic content in earthworm protein powder,It provides a more reliable scientific basis for the safety evaluation of the use of earthwormprotein powder.
