“一带一路”背景下中俄图书馆交流合作研究

On the Exchange and Cooperation Between Chinese and Russian Libraries Under the Background o“f the Belt and Road Initiative”

“一带一路”倡议促使中俄图书馆交流合作日渐升温,其交流形式日趋多样化,业务合作内容不断深化,但同时也存在着参与合作图书馆覆盖面不够广、交流合作的层次不高、为“一带一路”开展的服务不够和专业的人才队伍尚未建立等问题。为此,中俄图书馆应通过建立图书馆联盟,加强特色资源开发和利用,共建数字图书馆,建立馆员定期交流培训机制等措施,助力“一带一路”倡议实施。

“The Belt and Road Initiative”strategy has promoted the increasing exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Russian libraries.The forms of exchange are becoming more and more diversified,and the content of business cooperation has been continuously deepened.However,there are also some problems,such as the lack of coverage of the cooperative library,the low level of exchange and cooperation,the insufficient service for“the Belt and Road”and the lack of professional personnel.Therefore,Chinese and Russian libraries should build a library alliance,strengthen the development and utilization of the characteristic resources,build a digital library together,and set up regular training mechanism for librarians to help“the Belt and Road Initiative”.
