摘要
利用废弃混凝土进行破碎制作再生粗骨料,通过改变再生粗骨料的含量来研究其对再生混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验设计了6种不同替代率、强度等级分别为C30和C40的再生混凝土试件共36个进行立方体抗压强度试验;在最小二乘法原理上进行对实验数据处理分析得到了不同替代率与相应抗压强度的函数关系。试验分析结果表明:当替代率在30%~40%区间时抗压强度达到最高水平;并在MATLAB软件基础上以5次方多项式函数模型拟合得到的函数式可用于预测不同替代率下再生混凝土的抗压强度。
Recycled coarse aggregate is produced by crushing waste concrete,and its influence on compressive strength of recycled concrete is studied by changing the content of recycled coarse aggregate.Six kinds of recycled concrete specimens with different replacement rates and strength grades of C30 and C40 were designed for cube compressive strength test.The experimental data were processed and analyzed on the principle of least square method,and the functional relationship between different replacement rates and corresponding compressive strength was obtained.The experimental results show that the compressive strength of recycled concrete reaches the highest level when the replacement rate is between 30%and 40%,and the function fitted by the fifth power polynomial function model based on MATLAB software can be used to predict the compressive strength of recycled concrete under different replacement rates.
