中国省域应急生活必需品储备需求度评价与空间分异——基于熵权需求指数模型

Demand evaluation and spatial differentiation of emergency necessities reserve in China’s provinces——Based on entropy weight demand index model

根据应急物资储备需求指数的内涵,分析了影响区域应急物资储备的主要因素,构建了应急生活必需品储备熵权需求指数耦合模型,对我国各省域的应急生活必需品储备需求度进行评价,测算出各省域应急生活必需品储备需求度,根据各省域应急储备需求度对我国应急生活必需品储备需求的空间分异进行了研究,以期对我国应急生活必需品储备布局提供一定的参考。

According to the definition of emergency necessities reserve demand index,the main factors affecting regional reserve of emergency necessities are analyzed,and a coupling model of emergency necessities reserve entropy weight demand index is constructed.The demand degree of emergency necessities reserve in each province is evaluated,and the demand degree of emergency necessities of life reserve in each province is calculated.According to the demand degree of emergency reserve in each province,the demand degree of emergency life necessities reserve in our country is calculated.The paper studies the spatial differentiation of emergency necessities reserve demand in order to provide some reference for the layout of emergency necessities reserve in China.
