广东省4地级市公务员抑郁症状现况及影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解广东省公务员抑郁症状现况及影响因素,为制定公务员心理干预策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,抽取广东省4个地级市3273名公务员进行问卷调查,调查工具为流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D),采用频数统计、χ^(2)检验、Logistic回归分析现状和影响因素。结果收回有效问卷3000份,其中433人被判定为有抑郁症状,阳性率为14.33%,不同地区、年龄组、工作年限和职务的公务员抑郁症状阳性率差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。抑郁症状阳性者中超过7成有情绪低沉(73.90%)、睡眠障碍(72.52%)、忧愁(72.29%)、乏力(71.36%)和言语减少(71.13%)症状。Logistic回归分析结果提示,非珠三角地区的公务员(OR=0.220,95%CI:0.175~0.275)出现抑郁症状的风险更低,与科员及以下者相比,科级干部(OR=0.749,95%CI:0.588~0.956)、处级及以上者(OR=0.524,95%CI:0.264~1.039)出现抑郁症状的风险更低。结论抑郁情绪对公务员健康的危害不容忽视,珠三角地区者、职务较低者可能是实施心理干预的重点人群。 Objective To understand the status of depression symptoms and its influencing factors among civil servants in Guangdong Province,and to provide the basis for mental health intervention.Methods 3273 civil servants in 4 cities of Guangdong province were selected by multi-stage stratified random sampling and measured with the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D).Frequency statistics,chi-square test and logistic regression were used to analyze the current status and influencing factors.Results 3000 valid questionnaires were collected.A total of 433 respondents were detected with depression symptoms(14.33%).The positive rate of depression symptoms varied in different regions,age groups,years of working and posts,and the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05).Over 70% of those with depression symptoms reported to have depressed(73.90%),sleep disorder(72.52%),sad(72.29%),fatigue(71.36%) and less talk(71.13%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that those working in Non-Pearl River Delta region(OR=0.220,95% CI:0.175-0.275) were at lower risk of having depression symptoms.Compared with those without an administrative post,branch-level cadres(OR=0.749,95% CI:0.588-0.956) and department-level cadres(OR=0.524,95% CI:0.264-1.039) were at lower risk of having depression symptoms.Conclusion The harm of depression among civil servants can’t be ignored,those working in the Pearl River Delta and those without an administrative post might be the key population for mental health intervention.
