Clinical Experience of Professor Li Rundong in the Treatment of Cholelithiasis Based on Syndrome Differentiation

李润东教授是山东省名老中医药学术经验传承工作指导老师,临床经验丰富,尤其在治疗肝胆脾胃疾病方面,理论扎实,实践成效显著。胆石症是临床常见病、多发病,李教授认为肝胃不和、湿热蕴结是其主要病机,其病位在胆,与肝、胃有关,临床以肝胃不和兼湿热蕴结肝胆为多发,胆、肝、胃均位于中焦,中焦之病,以疏通气机、利湿清热为主。文章论述李润东教授在多年临床经验基础上自拟"五金利胆排石汤"疏肝和胃、清热利湿治疗胆石症的临床经验。

Professor Li Rundong is the instructor of the academic experience inheritance of famous old Chinese medicine in Shandong province.He has rich clinical experience,especially in the treatment of liver,gallbladder,spleen and stomach diseases.Cholelithiasis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice.Professor Li believes that disharmony between liver and stomach,dampness and heat accumulate knot is the main pathogenesis of the disease,which is located in the bile,and related to liver and stomach.This paper discusses Professor Li Rundong’s clinical experience in the treatment of cholelithiasis based on years of clinical experience.
