温胆汤加减治疗低频下降型突发性耳聋痰火郁结证临床研究

Clinical Effect on Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Phlegm Fire Syndrome of Sudden Deafness with Low Frequency Decrease

目的观察温胆汤加减治疗低频下降型突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月收治的低频下降型突发性耳聋的患者共80例,采用随机数字表法将其平均分成对照组和治疗组,2组患者均采用激素治疗,在此基础上,治疗组给予温胆汤加减治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后纯音听阈测定及主要伴随症状的缓解情况。结果治疗组在提高患者听力,改善患者伴随症状方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤加减治疗痰火郁结型低频下降型突发性耳聋,不仅能够提高患者的听力,减轻患者听力障碍的困扰,还能改善低频下降型突发性耳聋的主要伴随症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wendan decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness with low frequency decline.Methods A total of 80 patients with sudden deafness of low frequency descending type who were admitted to our hospital between January2019 and December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.Two groups of patients were treated with hormone,on this basis,the treatment group was treated with Wendan decoction.The pure tone audiometry and the relief of main accompanying symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results The treatment group was better than the control group in improving patients’ hearing and accompanying symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion Wendan decoction can not only improve the patients’ hearing,reduce the patients’ hearing disturbance in life,but also improve the main symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with phlegm fire stagnation type of low frequency sudden deafness.
